What is the Eastleigh Healthy Living Network?
The Eastleigh Healthy Living
Network is a multi agency project, supported by a range of local
statutory and voluntary organisations. Established in 2002
with funds awarded from the Big Lottery Fund and contributions from
partner agencies, the network aims to provide opportunities for all
to be healthy by providing a variety health promoting services and
activities in local communities across Eastleigh Borough.
Each service provided by the
Network addresses the needs of local communities, identified
through extensive consultation with people living and working in
the Borough. Community involvement has played an important part in
the development of the project, and will continue to influence and
shape future activities offered by the Network.
