Eastleigh Youth Counselling Service (EYCS)
This free and confidential service
is for young people aged between 11-25 years in the Eastleigh
area. Counsellors are trained to listen and support you guys
through life challenges, when they are at their most difficult,
giving encouragement as your work towards change.
Counselling can help with all different types of
problems such as:
- Low self esteem
- Depression
- Anger
- Drugs and Alcohol
- Bereavement
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Family conflicts
- Relationship issues
- Loneliness
- Bullying
- Eating problems
- Abuse
- Confusion
Sometimes you may not know what the problem is
but feel that life has become difficult and uncomfortable and in
some cases intolerable.
What is the next step?
Don't worry help is at hand and all you have to
do if you want to talk to someone is -
- Phone or text the counsellors, in the

- You can be referred to the service through your
GP, School, Youth Worker or through your Connexions
advisor.

This service is based at Wells Place
Centre , Eastleigh.
Tuesdays, 2-5pm
Thursdays 5-8pm
Fridays 2-5pm
